Our Story
Cimarron Kennel began the way most good kennels do — with a genuine love for dogs that grew into a responsibility to raise them well. What started as a small, family-run home for a handful of dogs has grown into a trusted name for six cherished breeds across Chikmagalur: Beagles, Shih Tzus, Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, German Shepherds and Rottweilers.
We've always believed a puppy's first weeks shape the dog it becomes. That's why every litter at Cimarron Kennel is raised inside our home rather than in isolated runs — surrounded by people, household sounds, and the everyday rhythm of family life, so they're genuinely ready for yours.

Where We Raise Our Puppies
Chikmagalur is Karnataka's coffee country — cool hill air, the foothills of the Western Ghats, and a slower pace of life. It's an unusually good place to raise a litter: clean surroundings, space to roam, and a genuine community of dog lovers nearby.
When it's time for a puppy's first outdoor adventures, or for a handover day, we make the most of that setting — which is exactly where many of the photographs on this site were taken.
